BIG NEWS PRODUCTIONS is a Film and music entertainment company founded by Audley Smith and Juliet Legister. The Company’s mission statement is to create quality film and music content for audiences worldwide. The creation of the company was through the personal journeys of both Mr. Smith and Ms.Legister. They knew each other since they were children in the Country known as Jamaica. They actually were schoolmates. Later, Both would migrate to the US and England, respectively losing contact with one another. They would re-unite 39 years later and rekindle their childhood bond. Inspired by their own story they decided to write and produce their first Film Titled “Your Sweet Love”. This Journey was the Impetus which led to Big News Productions.

 

Audley Smith is the director of the film, “Your Sweet Love”. He is an accomplished singer, writer and actor. Mr. Smith is well known in the Reggae music world as WADIE-B. Many of his compositions are also included in the scoring of the film. Audley Smith is a true champion of the Arts. Meanwhile, Juliet Legister left Jamaica to pursue her dream of becoming a nurse. She also accomplished her goal. She’s had a wonderful career, especially working with the elderly. Now, Ms. Legister and Mr. Smith are embarking on a new Journey. A journey that will create new avenues for them in the Arts and others who also are passionate about creating quality content for audiences worldwide.
